We are looking for a new roommate for a large bedroom in our house, located in the heart of Fishtown, on Columbia Ave between Front & Frankford. The house has 3 floors, including a large open-plan living/dining area, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, a large backyard, an extra small room used as an office, and a shared washer/dryer in the basement.
The location great, with easy access to Septa (Girard or Berks stop of the MFL + several bus routes), as well as close walking-distance to tons of restaurants, bars, and Penn Treaty park.

Rent is $ per month. Utilities vary month-to-month but typically come to around $ a month.

Roommates are currently 2 men in their early 's. Your bedroom would share the 3rd floor with one other room. friendly.
