Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease immediately, for a lease ending on . I've loved living here but am moving for job-related reasons. There are also option to sign a -month lease and option for lease renewal.

The base rent is $, but I am personally offering a 2-month concession payment when you sign the lease. So for example, if you move in , the effective monthly rent will be $. But start date is flexible! I will be prioritizing those with earlier move-in dates.
