Room close to Lewes Road

I’m looking for someone to join my houseshare for September this year. It’s a really nice well-kept and homely house on Riley Road close to Lewes Road.
My estate agent told me I have one more week to find a 4th person so I’d appreciate a response asap! We have a garden, dishwasher, dryer and a big shower. I’m a year old film student btw, love everything creative & gigs :) let me know if you’d like to come for a viewing this week!
