Here's a great deal for housing

if your looking for a private room for rent you should check out this place. It has a huge backyard that is fenced and is dog friendly. We are looking for a 3rd male roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom in the house for $ +split utilities.

The house is a bath so the bathroom would be shared with one of the other roommates who is named Jake. We all cleanup for ourselves and respect each other. We also have a 6 yr old cattle dog named Lelo who is just the friendliest and chill dog you'll meet. The neighborhood is super quiet and in a school community. We keep things really clean and work regularly.

The current lease goes until the end of May so we are looking for someone to rent the 3rd bedroom for the next 4 months. Please have proof of stable income with you at the time of checking out the house. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
