LOOKING FOR ROOM FOR ME AND MY BF

Hi,

me and my partner are looking for a private rental (either a granny flat or a bedroom) It would be me, my partner and my bunny rabbit (who stays in a cage and goes on a walk daily) we are looking for a place thats either $400 or under (including bills). We are happy with any suburb in Adelaide.

Some of our situation:
I got kicked out last year, then rented a place up in skye with my boyfriend ($100 weekly) for 4(ish) months. Now currently staying with my boyfriend and our friends until we find a private rental. We are more looking for a private rental and pay the housemate rather than landlord, but if paying the landlord is the only possibility for finding a private rental, thats okay we are happy to pay a landlord too.

I am currently studying realestate whilst working full time, so does my boyfriend. He is also about to start as an electrician around july.

we have a bunny who is only 3 months old and stays in a cage besides going for a walk daily. - his name is frankie.

We are looking for a rental for about 6-18months.
