Room Opening Mid January

Description

One of my roommates is moving out so I have a room opening up Mid January (actual move-in day negotiable) in my 4-bedroom condo. The condo is an end unit in the Kipling Klub Condos in Lakewood, just south of Alameda and west of Kipling. 5 minute drive to light rail and within walking distance of a King Soopers. There is ample parking on the street and a lot of visitor spots right near the house. There is a community pool, opens around Memorial Day.

Room is in the basement, so quite large, with separate entrance and shared 3/4 bathroom on the main floor. Rent is $650 a month, including all utilities, internet and tv. Deposit $500 (payment plan possible). Lease would be until July 15, actual end date negotiable. There is one cat in house, but has been kept out of that bedroom and it can remain that way if need be. House is fully furnished, including washer and dryer. I have an extra matters and box spring if you would like to use it, and there is a mini-fridge in the room already.

I am a senior in Biochemical engineering at School of Mines, one roommate is a full time nanny (moving out in the end of February), and a Masters student in GeoChem at Mines also.
