Furnished Bed & Bath in Townhome

I have a furnished private bedroom and bathroom for rent on the second floor of my townhome. My bedroom is on the first floor so you have nice privacy. Your bedroom has a queen bed with adjustable bed frame, dresser with mirror, nightstand, tv cabinet, smart tv, ceiling fan and a small walk in closet. Also on the second floor you will find a linen closet dedicated for your use and a loft area with a desk you are welcome to use. On the first floor are the living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and dining room. The kitchen has a gas range, Keurig, air fryer, food processor, large refrigerator, dishwasher and anything you might need for cooking or baking. There is a small screened porch in the back and a nice sized yard. You will have dedicated parking in the driveway. I have 3 friendly cats who will pay you as much or as little attention as you prefer.

The rent includes all utilities: power, water, Wi-Fi. The move in fee is a refundable security deposit.

My ideal tenant is quiet, clean, works regular hours outside the home, is a non-smoker (of anything) and drug free. I state drug free because of my own preference but also because a cop lives next door. I am LGBTQIA2S and POC friendly. I do not participate in organized religion rather consider myself spiritual. I will not impose my beliefs on you and ask the same in return. I absolutely WILL NOT rent to someone who discriminates in any way. If you do not believe that every person deserves equal treatment and respect don’t bother to apply. This is an absolute.

My home is located in a lovely neighborhood. There is a neighborhood pool that is open from April to October. We regularly have food trucks in the warmer months. The location provides quick access to Savannah Hwy in one direction and Glenn McConnell in the other.
