Room available/ Split lease

Room available in a two bedroom corner quadplex. I currently lease it by myself after previous roommate broke lease to move with Girlfriend. Room is average size. We would technically just share the lease. Living room and kitchen and everything else is shared space. Living room and other areas are furnished but the room is not. You would need to go through landlord and apply to be put on the lease. I believe the only way around that is to pay an extra $ a month which would get added to your rent. That would be at my discretion if you were denied from a background check.
