Furnished mini-loft room available in large shared bath 2 floor apartment with private back patio. Clean lady 2/mo. Room open is upstairs private room with junior loft. Additional large closet/storage space just outside room. New full mattress in loft, and small desk below. Private room also currently has " tv on wall w appletv. Apartment is shared with me (contractor) and gf(dancer) who share a room downstairs, a 3rd roommate who occupies smallest room downstairs and our handicape-able dog. Ego We can only consider a new roommate w a dog that he gets along with, non-neutered dogs cannot be considered unfortunately.

Apartment is an open living space and good size kitchen (dishwasher, small microwave, stainless steel oven, etc). Full upstairs bathroom and half bath with bidet downstairs. We also have in-apartment 3 bicycle storage hook (downstairs) and private coin op laundry room access door. Outdoor private patio area with, ample seating and fire pit type table. Living room has a big " screen TV, surround sound system, cable, wifi xbox, AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

Very convenient location, 3 blocks from express train subway nd st station and one block from Fairway, bars, restaurants, and literally steps to Riverside Park.
