Apartment room lease up for grabs

Description

The apartment is a nice two bedroom apartment with a bathroom, small kitchen and a decent sized living room, the bedrooms are pretty decent sized too.
both my roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our leases.
I'm not sure how soon my roommate is moving out, but i am looking to move out before Christmas.

When you take over you won't have to pay a deposit as I've already paid it and in fact you'll get it when you leave if you take care of the apartment and pay your rent when the lease is up.

Also if you move in before December is up you won't have to pay rent till January. Just a 45.00 fee through the office.
