Hi, my name is Jorge and I am renting a room in a nice condo. It's for $800 a month plus $800 deposit. All utilities are included in the monthly rate. I have Wi-Fi, washer and dryer inside the house, pool and Jacuzzi access and designated parking space. I'm usually not home from 1pm till 9pm daily and gone all day Saturdays.
