Description

Looking for a responsible and tidy tenant to rent my spare bedroom in a charming Silverlake home, walking distance to Sunset Boulevard and all the amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping the neighborhood has to offer.

You’ll be sharing the space with me, a freelance creative who works from home, and my two very sweet pets:
• George, an older, medium-sized Blue Heeler who is mellow and loves chewing his bone.
• Howard, a friendly and social cat who’s always up for some attention.

The house is clean and peaceful, and I’m looking for someone equally tidy. While I’m happy to hang out , I also respect personal space and value a harmonious living environment. Would prefer a female but open. No couples. Lgbt+ friendly. Unfortunately no additional pets.
