I have a room for rent 3 blocks from UF and 6 blocks from Downtown. I'm off University aa e near Mother's Pub You can walk to all major bus lines , Publix , multiple food spots and a gas station.
The rent is $700 and a fist and last is required for move in. My lease ends Aug and will renew with tenant if it's a good situation.
Looking for working class male or female or student. No stay at home workers . No couples.
