I’m looking for a roommate ASAP

I’m looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of my -bathroom apartment. You’ll have your own private room and bathroom. Utilities are not included in the rent but will be evenly split between us.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful to share the space with.
