This furnished and/or unfurnished bedroom rental opportunity with a private bathroom is on the main level, off the great room and kitchen. Your hallway is private hallway, with a choice of a furnished or unfurnished bedroom. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and Roku TV. The second bedroom is unfurnished, but I am storing a furniture piece currently. Rent includes Wi-Fi Internet, utilities, use of the kitchen, refrigerators (kitchen and garage), washer/dryer, central vacuum, grill/griddle, hot tub, and fenced-in backyard.

My dog Lester loves people, but we do not want any additional pets.

My current renter and I agreed on a three-month with the option to move out if the situation did feel correct and comfortable for either myself or the renter. We then signed a twelve-month, renewal lease. This has been a winning combination. The home is located in West Monroe in a private cul-de-sac. On Sundays, it takes me thirty- minutes to get to Central Church (Randolph Road and Sardis Road) in Charlotte via Providence Road, and forty minutes to uptown Charlotte via US / Independence Boulevard.

I also have another professional renting a private bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs. We both work from this home. We all contribute to keeping this home clean.

This is a conservative, Christian home. I am very active in the Republican Party. If we are not like-minded, I appreciate your interest and wish you the best.
