This peaceful home with garden space has an on manager to insure privacy and respect for what is being provided to roommates and to address any needs or requests. We are looking for a roommate who appreciates how rare this opportunity is to share a home in this great neighborhood convenient to transportation to the city shopping, pick up and drop off at car park for an easy commute, in walking distance to hiking trails, local shopping, library - etc - . The home is in a nice area of Broomfield and is easy access to to get to Boulder & Denver. (Broomfield Flex Ride is available which makes it easy for those that don’t have vehicles).
