Mira Mesa home less than a mile from Camino Ruiz & Mira Mesa boulevard. You would be sharing the home with me, the home owner: Forty-
, male, single, and occupier of biggest bedroom with personal en-suite. Room next to mine is my office, where I work from home as an IT System Engineer. The two remaining unfurnished rooms are available for rent as of December F

The main house bathroom is unused by me and will be available to rented room occupants, and occasionally any guest visiting my home (rare).

I’m generally neat and quiet, and my dog Trevor enjoys the company of other people and other pets.

Common areas are anything not my bedroom or office, anywhere else is open to anyone (living here) at any time - but any cosmetic changes to environment, like photos or furniture, I would have to decide what I think is appropriate case by case.

The kitchen & dining area are clean and should remain so when nobody is in it. I can assign explicit fridge & kitchen shelf spaces if you’d like, or we can keep it simple and be mindful of each other’s stuff, unless specifically invited. I have a vacuum and cleaning supplies but you’re not expected to clean up after me, only yourself.
