I am relocating for work and need to find a subleaser for my room ASAP until May 2016.

My room is spacious with a window and closet. Living room is large (has a wrap around couch). Dining area fits a dining room table for 6. Kitchen has a nice island. There is an extra room being used for storage. My roommate has a cat but keeps it very clean. He is a pretty chill dude.

Utilities are covered by my roommate. Internet or cable would need to be covered by you. Parking is plentiful and free (there is a spot that can be negotiated for). Apt has a dishwasher. Full Bathroom. And free washer and dryer in the basement.

My apartment is just a few blocks away from the blue line in Jefferson park.There is a grocery store literally at the end of the block with a cvs. Lots of restaurants and bars.
