You will have your own private bath as well as a small living room area. We are young female professionals looking for a new roommate to start renting after the first of January. We are easy to live with, clean, respectable and work full time. The home is walking distance from grocery stores, shops, gym, gas station. Very quiet area with your own parking space available as well as plenty of street parking. Red Line Metro Stations are both less than 5 minutes away and the home is walking distance to 3 different bus lines with DC just a short distance away. Rent would be $650 per month, w/ security deposit, lease terms are flexible and lastly you must be okay with dogs. Utilities & Cable/Wifi is included.
