Hi, this is Sophia, currently a semester exchange student at UNC. My friends and I have been renting an apartment at Union Chapel Hill for the semester but we are leaving in December. So we are now looking to transfer the lease from Dec.

For the four bedrooms with private bathroom each, we also accept transferring the bedroom lease individually. So please feel free to reach out even you just want to rent bedrooms! (Rent will be calculated proportionally.) There is a living room inside the apartment with essential cooking utilities, we can leave the plates, bowls and cutlery to you if you are interested!
