Room for rent

Description

My roommate is moving Jan 15th and I'm in need of someone to sublease until next July or longer if wanted. I'm a 27 year old professional male, have a girlfriend, college graduate, non-smoker, rarely if ever drink. I work Monday to Friday 8-5pm in Columbus.

House is a 2 bedroom, 2 story house on East Blake Ave in the campus area, within walking distance of campus. Near E Hudson St sort of.

Rent is $400 per month, utilities come in around $150 per month or less. Wifi and cable tv included. cable in your room as well.

My lease is thru July of 2016 but if you want to stay, we can renew the lease as the landlord already told me he would keep the rent the same for the next year.

Looking for someone reliable and laid back, able to pay bills on time, all the usual stuff I guess.
