Spring/Summer Sublease

I'm looking to sublease my bedroom for the Spring and/or Summer of . The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet with southern light. The apartment is a bathroom. Both of the other roommates are women and I am looking for a non male sublease. The apartment is fully furnished with a dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer as well. There's a grill, gym, pool, guaranteed parking, and lots of outdoor space. It's a minute walk to Cowgill and a minute walk downtown. The rent is around $/month with no other fees.
