This quaint two bedroom Townhome is centrally located in the lovely Clintonville/Beechwold neighborhood with easy access to freeways. Simply 7 min from downtown, 15min to Easton or Polaris shopping, and surrounded by great local restaurants and gastropubs. I have one happy dog and 3 cats that spend time both in and outdoors. I'm looking for someone laid back, friendly, responsible, and tidy. There is a washer/dryer hook up in the basement. Currently I drive 5 min down the road to do laundry at my boyfriend's place.
