A criminal background check will be ran. Therefor, a copy of drivers license will be required upfront. Four professional references to exclude family members are also required upfront.

This is a monthly lease. 30 day notice required for move out from both parties. Monthly lease agreement to be signed.

A $200.00 deposit is due up front with first months rent. $50.00 of the deposit is non refundable upon move out for cleaning services/carpet shampooing.

Owner has small dogs.
