room for rent 1 mile from Clemson

Hello I am a student at Clemson University. I live at the Enclave, which is located about 1.7 miles away from Clemsons Campus. I am looking for 1-2 roommates (m.a.l.e or f.e.m.a.l.e.) to take the 2nd and 3rd bedroom of my apartment. The rent with all utilities included will be at most $350 a month. I am looking for mature, and responsible roommates who take care of their own.

I am trying to find roommates who go to Clemson, but if you do not that is no big deal. The house comes unfurnished, but I have everything in the apartment already, except you would need to bring your own bed, and bedroom stuff (which I would not mind helping you move in). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, so 2 people will share a bathroom, but the master bedroom is available if a lady wants to move in and needs her own bedroom.
