Young Professional/Student for room

Description

I have a room with private bath available Jan. 1st in a 1,800 sq. ft. house for $400 per month (plus utilities). The house is less than minutes from the VA hospital and USC School of Medicine, and is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbia. The room will be unfurnished so you will have to provide the furniture for your room. The remaining parts of the house has furniture, but we can definitely work with what you got. High-speed internet and Sling TV/Hulu/Netflix subscriptions are also available (no cable).

About Me: I am a 25 year old male. I work M-F, 8:30 am-5 pm. In my free time, I like to cook and brew beer (which you are free to enjoy!). I'm a pretty chill, easy going individual who mostly likes to relax at home. I'm really handy so expect some DIY projects here and there (painting the rooms, yard work, etc.). I have a dog, who is pretty shy but she's very sweet once she gets to know you.

What I'm Looking for in a Roommate: I'm looking for someone around my age. No preference in race, gender or sexual orientation. Just looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and pays rent on time.
