Thanks for checking out our house, Here's the deal and more about us....

We own several properties in the South West Vegas catering to young professionals in their 20's-30's. We have locals, and people from all around the country, let alone the world who come stay in our properties. We also have a private FB group for our roommates to be able to network and connect between our houses.

In our houses we have a mix of Entrepreneurs, 9-5ers, students, Vegas Industry peeps ext...

The particular house you may be inquiring about today is available immediately unless stated by a specific date, but if you are looking to move a month or more out we may have a spot in another house if this spot gets rented...

To avoid confusion at the end of the month we charge a flat rate of $150 a month for utilities which covers Power/Tv/Internet/and House Keeper who comes 3 times a week!

A lot of our current tenants are from out of state and new to Vegas so we have a private FB group for our roommates to network and connect between all 6 of our houses. We are all about networking and social interaction in our houses!

HUGE Master Room Comes own bathroom with jetted tub, fire place 2 walk in closets, cable, and garage parking spot!

Rent for Master is $699 Plus Utilities
