My name is Tovin Johnson. My girlfriend and I are moving on Dec 1 and are looking for a fun, social, clean, organized, caring, and sharing female individual. We love to play board games, watch tv, and cook.
Rent is $625 total, split 3 ways (roughly $209 each) plus utilities $160 (including internet, trash/sewage)
Room is unfurnished but we'll gladly help out with what we can, plus we love to share food so that's not a problem.
