Hello,
I am a graduate student at UW-Madison living with my husband who is an artist. We want to share our apartment with another graduate student / professional (preferably female&native English speaker) affiliated with UW. We are a laid back but quiet couple, and prefer someone quiet, clean, responsible and who will be staying at least 6 months. Move in date is flexible.
The apartment is on the second floor of a two storey building located behind a forest. It is fully furnished as well as the room itself (with twin sized bed, book shelf, custom made desk). Furniture is optional, though. The room is looking into the forest. The common areas include bathroom, kitchen and living room. The photos reflect the room and the common areas and out side the building.
The rent includes all utilities, laundry, plus high speed internet. There is free cable but we do not have and prefer TV. The deposit is $300.

The apartment is inside the UW campus, on the campus bus route. It is a very quite area with bike and walking paths. It's 5 minutes by campus bus 80 (free) from UW Hospital and 15 mins from UW Campus. Bus is every 7 minutes on weekdays.
