Hello possible future tenant

I am a working professional and student here in Columbia. How ever I have been given the opportunity to finish my education quicker than expected. I am transferring to the University of Montana. I wish to start my education at the University of Montana this coming Spring semester so the need for someone to take over my lease if dire. I will outline the apartment and my roommate that way you can get a feel for the chemistry.

My roommate Mark and I have been friends for upwards of 7 years. We played middle and high school basketball together in Virginia. Mark is a pretty clean, sports oriented individual. He can be quite and to him self but will strike up a conversation as well. The kind of roommate in which you are not attached at the hip with. We both do our fair share of partying and game day tailgating. Would recommend living with him to anyone.

The apartment as you can see from the location is in-between The University of South Carolina's campus and 5 points. For those of you who don't like driving to class or the bars this is about as prime a location as you can come across. There are 6 apartments in the building 3 occupied by females that we are incredibly close with and the other 3 by males (including us). There is a private parking lot in the back of the building that way you don't have to pay for street parking as well. The apartment has a dish washer, washer and dryer. It is a 2 Bedroom 1 bath so the bathroom will obviously be shared if you are a female.

The furnishing in the apartment are mine so with me leaving I will be selling all of my belongings before leaving (Or most of). If you come and view the apartment and are interested in any of the items as well we can work out a price.
