I am looking for a sub-leaser until our lease is up August 1st, 2016. The apartment is on Langdon right next to the Edgewater hotel. Less than 10 minute walk to State Street. Currently, it is me and my roommate, but I am looking to move out of the downtown area. It is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The apartment is very cozy, with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. Rent is $1065, which we split in half, along with the electric, and water bill. The apartment does come with parking which costs extra. All together, you would be a little less than $600 for everything.
