We are a married couple w/a dog and a cat, renting for a single person, clean, quiet and cozy bedroom with a private bathroom available on November 9th, 2015.
It has semi-private access, stairway from main entrance leads directly to second floor.
Tenant must be responsible, fully employed, non smoker, non heavy drinker or user of illicit drugs. No overnight visitors are allowed.
We ask for one month advance rent (prorated first month if not used full 30 days), plus one month security deposit, fully refundable when tenant leaves, as long as no damages in the facility are found.
We will provide use of the kitchen and we'll assign space in cabinets and refrigerator. Use of kitchen, the backyard space and furniture, use of laundry machines during the day.
Tenant will pay 1/3 electricity and 1/4 of water use.
Free TV cable, Wi-Fi internet, trash & recycling services, will be included in monthly rent.
