Looking for stable roommate

1 bedroom in single family home; the bathroom is next to the bedroom, and I have my own, so yours is essentially yours alone. You need to be a dog lover, because I have 2 little ones, a weenie and his chi-weenie cohort (see pictures). I have a raised bed in the back yard for a summer vegetable garden that you can share. The rent is a month-to-month - we're either compatible housemates or not. The room was my son's, and I'm still working on painting and getting rid of Legos, so that's why it won't be ready until January. I would consider earlier rental if you can work with me on that. Also, I work from a home office, so I am home a lot. There is potential for some rent reduction in exchange for some housekeeping, or doggie sitting should I be lucky enough to go on vacation.
