I am moving to the west coast for a new job and need to transfer my lease. The lease ends September 2016. I recently moved in the apartment in August of 2015. The carpets are new and so are the kitchen fixtures.

The current rent for my one bedroom is $1272 plus $30 for valet trash. The apartment is located on the second floor. The steps leading up to the apartment are next to the door making it super easy to move in and out.

Apartment Features: Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dishwasher, In-home Washer/Dryer,
Central Air Conditioning, Balcony or Patio, Great Storage Space, Ceramic Tile Baths,
Separate Dining Room, Energy Efficient Windows. The residents are responsible for electric, which is provided by Dominion.

I am willing to work with you on move dates.
