Subleasing Private Room/Bathroom

Description

I am subleasing my room at College Station. It is a 4/4- private bedroom and bathroom. The lease ends July 31, 2015 and there is an option to renew. Rent is $545, includes all utilities-water, electric, cable, and high speed internet. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer included in the apartment. All of my roommates are female. The apartment is right by campus and there is a UCF shuttle. Ready for move in middle/end of November.
