Hello, I am wanting to move back to my old place that I loved, it's a 2 bedroom home of the basement, the landlord lives upstairs, he's great, he does share Washer & Dryer, other that that it's really private, I have a 7 year old who shares a room with me, I am looking for a non drug user (420 completely ok!) responsible working single person with no pets! Female only, Also there is a Jucuzzi tub in the apt, beautiful fenced in tiki back yard, utils are included are 1 set price due on the 15 of every month. I am pretty chill female just looking for someone to help me out, while I help you out thru the holidays or longer, let's see whats up, I am looking for roomate mid October or November 1
