Looking for a roomate in my condo located at the corner of Seymour and Helmecken in Yaletown. It will be available for Move-In November 1, 2015.

- Living room is furnished with dining table, TV
- Gym included in my condo, dumbell weights up to 70 lbs and lots of good equipment
- Weber BBQ free to use as much as you like with outdoor patio equipment (great sunsets here!)
- Office space available with an extra desk if needed
- All kitchen appliances are stainless steel, including a dishwasher
- All kitchen pots/pans/plates etc. are included and I'm happy to share
- Within 5 minute walk to Canada Line Skytrain, within 3 blocks of several restaurants and bars
- 10-15 minute walk to the business (Bentall) district of downtown Vancouver
- Bedroom furnished with a bed, mattress, bedsheets, closet space and a bedside table/drawer
- 7 days/week concierge in the lobby

My roomate recently has decided to move out on short notice and I'm looking for someone to take his place. I'm 29, male and extremely easy to get along with. I'm active in the outdoors and also clean and would like to live with someone who is sociable and likes to keep their living space clean.

The apartment has a great space layout with 900 sq ft of space including an office and a storage unit. The bedroom has a mirror closet with lots of clothing storage space as well as a bathroom right next with laundry and a dryer included.

I'm more than happy to help you with the move and some initial additional furniture shopping with my car.
