Room for rent in Allston 516/month

Big apartment looking for a roommate starting November 1st. We are located in Allston,10 minute walk from the B line and 4 minute walk from 66,64,57 bus route. We are looking for quiet,clean and respectful roommate ages 21-30. The room is located in the basement of a 4 floor apartment with 7 other roommates... This may sound like a lot of people but we all keep to our self the majority of time, the only common area is the kitchen so there is no living room to hang out in. There is 2 full bathrooms and laundry (washer/ dryer). Please feel free to contact me to set up a time to meet if you are interested. 3 cats in the house and 420 friendly and street parking. The room is 516/month plus utilities ( which is usually pretty cheap since it will be split 8 ways)
