You will have your own private space with your own ensuite and there are french doors leading to a private deck and beautiful landscaped backyard that leads into the forest with a stream 50 metres away and a tennis court beyond that.

This home is a brand new place of peaceful bliss. A dream kitchen surrounded by nature and clean calming vibes all round. Organic food, environmentally friendly cleaning materials and holistic living advice on tap but never unsolicited.

I work from home and online so I'm here most of the time and like a quiet home with guests occasionally coming to visit. Your bedroom with ensuite is downstairs and private. There is a shopping mall with a Safeway a 15 minute walk away, a bus stop 2 houses away. Organic food is a trek away and I go to the farmers market every Saturday to stock up. This would suite an executive who works outside the home and would appreciate the occasional home cooked meal and a healthy peaceful place to recharge.

There is a very well behaved 13 year old Burmese cat who lives upstairs and spends most of his life sleeping in my room.

I'm seeking a long-term home-stay/border (minimum 3 months) References required.
