Professional gay couple with 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment. Located in North Park's quiet residential area and only 3 blocks from University ave and walking distance to stores, nightlife , library , bank and public transportation . Short term lease only 3-4 months with 30 days notice given/requested upon ending agreement. We are quiet and respectable and expect the same . We have a small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel which is very well trained. Perfect for students , extended visitors , those that travel for work . We are easy going but once again we ask only those who can be respectful to our home inquire about the room currently available . We request no random overnight guests as we want to feel safe in our home. Room can come partially furnished if needed.
