Woodridge Townhouse

Description

I have a two bedroom townhouse in Woodridge (near 355 & 55). You would not have a private bathroom but I only use the shower in that bathroom so I guess I'd call it semi private.

My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to move in in December or January. My preference is for a 6 month lease to start but I'm open to negotiation.

I'm a 43 year old white professional man. I have a 15 year old cocker spaniel. he's very quiet and sweet. It would be nice to find someone that could look after him when I travel on business. Overall it's a very quiet home and well kept. I'm looking for someone that appreciates a clean and neat home.

I'm asking for $600 per month including all utilities (internet & cable also). It also includes a cleaning service that comes every other week.
