Hello, I will be needing a roommate anytime after the 1st of November. It's a nice, two bedroom apartment located 5 min from downtown, 10 min from UC, and 10 min from Newport. I am 25, female, and a student at UC studying Graphic Design and working several jobs. The apartment has all new appliances, dishwasher, walk-in shower, hardwood floors, balcony over looking the cincy/ky skyline, and on- coin laundry. I am very allergic to cats, so I regrettably cannot live with one, but I do have a 3 pound miniature pinscher who is very friendly and cute. If you have a small dog, that is alright, but the apartment only allows two uncagged animals at $25 a month. The monthly rent (which includes all utilities, Internet, and renters insurance) is $600 each. There is no deposit and the lease goes until next August, although I would like to renew. Parking is free and the neighborhood is safe to walk animals and park at night. You will have your own private room, shared bathroom, and free use of any of the kitchen items. You do not have to bring anything with you unless you have a particular diet or something, if so, I am more than willing to accommodate. The room is unfurnished, but the carpet is brand new. You may paint or decorate the walls as long as you paint them back when you leave. I am a pretty accepting and laid back person. As long as you don't hurt my dog or steal my Mt. Dew out of the fridge without replacing it, all is well ;). Your life is yours to do with as you please. Saying that, I am LGBT (idk if I'm missing some letters there...?) friendly, 420 friendly, friend friendly (wild parties probably won't fly though, it's an apartment not a frat house, I have neighbors), and cigarette friendly (outside only please, less carpet cleaning involved).
