Big 2 city br near public transport

Description

Big, open concept, two bedroom home. I have the second floor of this home as my apartment. moved in about 2 months ago and now looking to find a roomie to help cover costs, as I am busy working and always out and about. I am not in financial need but i do not need to have 2 bedrooms.

Need someone solid financially and clean. Cannot emphasis clean and respect enough. I'm not going to go through things with a fine tooth comb but please be on the level to at least do the dishes when the sink is full. I'm mellow and easy to get along with. Love movies and random snips on YouTube. Love exploring the city.

My place is 2 red line stops away from downtown. The bus is down the street that will take you downtown as well. Very quiet area. free parking, with pass. grocery store down the street, as well as on laundry.
