I'm looking to rent the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom condo.

The condo is located on Orange Street one block from downtown New Haven, and from I-91 and I-95. The house is right in the beginning of Orange Street, surrounded by Victorian houses, and is one block away from fantastic restaurants, multiple grocery stores, a pharmacy, Yale Shuttle and the New Haven Green. There is free off street parking in the back of the house

House was completely remodeled last year with new insulation, windows, flooring, central a/c, etc, even all of the appliances are brand new and free laundry facilities are located in the apartment. The apartment has high speed cable/internet and WIFI.

Given the safe and very friendly location and at only $1,000 per month plus ½ utilities. You cannot find a better deal. Just no smoking inside of the apartment. Your bedroom will be unfurnished but I already have furniture for the rest of the apartment.

I am an IT professional and I am looking for a clean and tidy and respectful quiet roommate. I work 8-5 M-F and I'm looking for the same or a grad student/educator/professional.
