Rooms are $475 each and are private bedrooms and have private bathrooms in a 3500 SF home in the Inspirada neighborhood, minutes from everything! (MUST BE PROFESSIONAL FEMALE) $475 includes all utilities for each room!

I am a quiet, professional female in my early 30s, looking for 2 nice, quiet professional female roommates (preferably 20s to 40s) to move into my home. Please, no drinking, drugs, smoking, parties, children, pets, overnight guests for more than a couple of nights, etc. Background check, credit check a must. Credit does not have to be perfect, so please do not worry if you have had some blemishes in the past, as most people have. I have small Bichon Frise dogs, a hypoallergenic nonshedding breed. My dogs are professionally trained (15 lbs each) and are not allowed upstairs, where your room would be located.
