Roommate wanted/everything included

Description

I am a 24 year old female, I work full time and will be starting school again shortly. I live in Clarksville TN/off 101st/close to Wilma Rudolph in a nice town-home, it is a 2 bdr/1&1/2 bath. Includes washer & dryer. One extra parking spot for your vehicle. Space can come furnished or unfurnished. 10 mins to downtown & 20 mins to post & 40 mins to downtown Nashville. I am asking $450 a month, that includes rent and all utilities (cable & internet included)

I would prefer a roommate who also works full time and is close in age to me (flexible on age)
Must provide proof of income and at least three credible references. (flexible)
No pets, No partying (doesn't mean I don't have a good time & party outside my home)
Responsible, respective, easy to get along with & very clean!
