1 (or 2 if necessary) room(s) in my 4br/2ba home in Brandon Fl. are available. I am looking to rent to a (one) clean, responsible person. I am a professional, You can be a student or professional... I have one furnished and one unfurnished room available, as well as your own bathroom.
Pets (dogs) are acceptable as long as house trained, yard is fenced in.
I am close to bars, shops, and restaurants. There is also easy access to the Crosstown and I75..
