Rent is about $650/month (NEGOTIABLE) plus water & electric, water is about $50/month for me, electric has been about $60 for December and up to $150 in July, depending on the month. In total, your share comes out to about $700. I'm looking for someone to stay a minimum of 4 months. There will be a $300 security deposit as well, I have had people steal my stuff and leave the place a wreck.

I am almost never home as I travel most weekends and have classes during the week, so the place is essentially all yours.
