Looking for an awesome roomie on a month to month basis, most likely just till the end of December.

We are located 1.7 mi walk to the Merrilltown & Yora bus stop and 2.7 mi from the Howard Station park & ride metro rail. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
$700/mth with all bills included. This includes all utilities, cable & internet. Share responsibilities of: standard daily/weekly cleaning, monthly deep-cleaning, weekly lawn maintenance, cleaning supplies & common household items. Furnished option is available for a little more. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
We would like someone in the same age range (26-36) who is like minded & enjoys the same past-times, is honest, respectful, responsible, laid back, fun, and clean. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our only peeve we've had with past roommates is that we keep the house very clean and expect you to do your part and actually help with cleaning common areas -- crazy that this even needs to be said. We do not want someone who expects us to do all the work & purchase all the common household items or eat all our food (though we are all about equal sharing!). We would love someone we can be friends with, who doesn't expect us to be the house maid.
