This house is located in Preston Hollow neighborhood. I have been living here for years. It’s a very nice, quiet, and convenient neighborhood. Many grocery options near by, like central market, Walmart, target, and trader Joe. Three minutes distance to Dallas North Tollway. Currently I am looking for a roommate to share this house with me. Except the monthly rent, we also split utilities ( gas, electricity, internet, and water). There’s a hundreds dollars refundable deposit, when sign the lease. About me: I am very organized, quiet, and clean. I am easygoing and respect the other person’s privacy. I get up early do workout, and sleep around pm. My daily routine is very predictable. It's mins from the Dallas Farmers Market, mins away from both malls in Dallas (Galleria and Northpark), and there's two parks right by the apartment. • There will only be 2 roomies in the home if you rent it as a semi private room (me and another flight attendant who you’d share the room with) OR just me as a roomie if you rent it as a fully private room so no need to worry about a bunch of people in the apartment.
